01.21.25 - Morning Meditation
Hello and good morning, friends.
I know it's a lot. Yesterday was a lot. Today may be a lot and tomorrow too. "A lot" may be a generous description.
Something that I am thinking about this morning is how do we take care of ourselves (body, heart and mind) right now so we can also take care of each other? One way might be like our meditation today: finding some quiet, allowing the mind to rest away from the news and social media. The idea of resting the mind might feel especially difficult, but the attempt is worth it. We'll keep talking about more ways to stay resourced when sitting down doesn't feel possible. For today, let's find the breath together. 💗
