01.25.24 - Morning Meditation for Tender Hearts

Good morning, friends.

We're here with a special meditation from the archive today: one for those feeling a bit tender. I have been revisiting Francis Weller's The Wild Edge of Sorrow and a line early on in the book stood out: "the losses tumble into our lives continually." Maybe you could replace "losses" with "disappointments" or "changes" or something else that resonates. But we do seem to just have this continuous tumble of things. And sometimes we're feeling a little soft about it all, so this meditation is for you if that's true.

If you're not feeling so tender this morning, I still invite you to this meditation and to be open to what it holds for you.

Thank you for being here. 💗 Take care.
