01.31.25 - Morning Meditation - Friday Exhale
Hello, friends. How are you?
We've made it. It's the end of January, the end of the week. I think every day I could say something like "well, this a lot." If you're feeling that too, then this meditation is especially for you.
We're spending our time together with the exhale today. I've been holding onto this idea that everything changes. Even when things feel very difficult or very good, something is going to shift. I think it's helpful to find our way to the exhale as a resource in those shifts. The day shifts, the month, the minute maybe. But this breath and this exhale? Just right here.
