02.07.25 - Morning Meditation - The Space Between

Hello and good morning, friends.

Today's meditation is one from the archive that I immediately thought of to share this morning. One of the things that I've appreciated that meditation has brought into my life is the ability to find a little space: space between thoughts, between action and reaction, etc. It's just a little point that opens up so we can see a little more clearly and make a choice. In other words, instead of being hooked into our reactions all the time, we can figure out our responses. We're in a reactionary time and having a little space can make a lot of difference.
