Hello and good morning, friends.
Ah, Monday. We've arrived once more. I caught a clip this morning of Kendrick Lamar saying what a miracle it is to be here. Truly, even when sometimes the things going on do not feel so miraculous.
This week, we're spending time with quiet. It's awfully loud out there in the world. There's a lot going on and a lot that you might be thinking/feeling/doing. Getting quiet is a way that I think helps us find some balance. Even in the best of times, I often think most of us go go go a little too much: to meetings, to events, to this and that. When do we slow down a little and tune in?
Today's meditation and the ones that follow this week are invitations to get still in what might feel like a loud, chaotic world. I know that can be difficult, especially if you're used to the go go go, but experimenting with a little quiet balance might be nice. Let's see.
