Hello, friends. Good morning. How are you?

As we start a new week, I hope this meditation gives you a little space. As always, we're finding a little quiet and maybe some stillness. But this morning, I am also thinking a bit about that bit of space meditation can create: space between the thoughts, space between the action and reaction, space to make choices, space to breathe. It's all right there or can be. I wonder what you'll find in the quiet of this Monday.
