If you're anything like me today, maybe your day has gone quite awry. 😜 Nothing quite lining up, maybe oversleeping, feeling rushed or overwhelmed right away? I've got you. Here's five minutes to just be with the breath at any time of the day. Sneak a few minutes at lunch or before bed. See how it feels to give yourself just five minutes to breathe in between whatever your day holds.
