03.04.25 - Morning Meditation - Invitation to Quiet

Hello and good morning, friends.
I imagine you would not be surprised to learn (or hear again) that my desired response to many things is to find some quiet. The news is always so much, other things around us and in us can also feel like a lot. So how can we parse some of that out, so to speak? And how can we meet what arises with a little quiet instead of more of whatever we're dealing with?
For instance, the chaos of the news might translate into some chaotic feelings in your mind and body. If we can find a little quiet, do we continue to meet chaos with chaos or can we find the space to meet the chaos differently?
Today, we're inviting the quiet, even as things arise to take our attention away.

✨ To those of you who are signed up for these meditations along with an individual session, this is your early-in-the-month reminder to schedule. If you'd like to start doing regular sessions (in person or online), you can always add those on here or schedule separately, of course. I hope to see you very soon!
Thank you for being here. I hope it's a good day. 💗 Take care.
