Hello and good morning, friends.

Whenever I wake up with a migraine (as I did today), I think about how can I release tension in my body and mind. How can I find a little bit more relaxation? How can I find a little ease? Maybe you're not in physical pain, but there's a lot of tension-causing things in the world lately and you're feeling it mentally. Or maybe today you just need some breath that feels good. I hope this meditation holds just what you need for your day.
