04.15.24 - Morning Meditation

Good morning, friends.

It's Monday and we're spending some time just being quiet. I know for me on Mondays, sometimes it feels like things are extra loud, the mind is extra busy. Allowing for some quiet (even if the brain keeps going on it's busy, loud tangent) can maybe help shift things a little. Maybe today will feel a little more calm. Maybe it will feel a little more possible. Maybe whatever today brings, you'll be a little more present for.
