04.16.23 - Evening Meditation

Hello, friends.

As I continue on this multi-day migraine journey and add on some tough family news, I find myself fighting a little to stay in the present. I've often caught myself doing the things that take me out of the moment most (doom scrolling, neglecting things that might make me feel better, etc).

So tonight, I'm offering us both a body scan. I've shared this meditation before, but it's a bit of a go-to at moments like these. Finding presence in the body and maybe finding some ease... I hope this benefits you today.
