05.21.23 - Evening Meditation
Hello, friends.
As we start to wind down the day, I hope this meditation helps you find a place of rest. You can take it as an evening relaxation or just another moment in your day when rest feels needed or possible (or maybe even impossible).
As I recorded this, I was thinking about how my body tenses up so much and so often without me realizing it. I hope that if this is true for you, you an find some letting go and some space in the areas that hold tension. Maybe it isn't your body that's the culprit as much as the mind. I hope you find yourself open to resting that as well.
