07.29.24 - Morning Meditation - Invitation
Hello and good morning!
I've been thinking a lot about pain points recently, just these recurring instances that keep us from doing things or cause inconvenience. We're still in a kind of exploration of the archive for the next few days and starting August 1, we'll be back in new meditations and perhaps finding a bit of a theme for the month.
What I'm wondering about between now and the 1st: can we find the pain points that keep us from practice? How can we figure out what keeps us from meditation and then find the solution? Sometimes it's time, so we may need to figure out a set time of day or at least a set sequence of the day. Maybe there's a spot in the morning routine where 5-10 minutes can be created. Maybe there's something else altogether going on and maybe a chat about it would help.
In the spirit of finding space for things, we're sitting with this meditation today about invitation. Perhaps it's an invitation to being open to what's possible.
