Good morning, friends.

As we so often do at the start of a week, we're exploring quiet today. It may be a busy week for many of us and starting out with a little bit of calm or quiet (or just the aspiration for those things) may be nice. As the week progresses and if you do find it stressful or loud (internally or externally), remember that your breath is always here.
