11.30.23 - Morning Meditation
Hello and good morning, friends.
We're here today with the breath and perhaps the practice of being gentle. Sometimes in meditation, I find myself amazed by the smooth and easy ways that the breath moves through the body. I have to stop interfering with it to allow this, so it's not happening when I push the breath or force it to be something. Instead, I'm just letting the flow happen and letting that gentle breath be what it is.
Today, we practice with the breath and see what we can find that helps us in the rest of our day.
